Anxiety

Anxiety, in medical terms, is defined as a mental health disorder characterized by feelings of worry, anxiety, or fear that are strong enough to interfere with one's daily activities. It encompasses a range of disorders, including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and various phobia-related disorders. Anxiety is a normal response to stress, but when it becomes chronic, it can lead to debilitating symptoms that require medical intervention and treatment.

The ten most common symptoms of anxiety include excessive worrying, feeling agitated, restlessness, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, irritability, tense muscles, trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, panic attacks, and the avoidance of certain situations due to fear of anxiety triggers. These symptoms can vary in intensity and frequency, affecting one's mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It's essential to recognize these symptoms early to seek appropriate care and management.

Living with anxiety can lead to an unfocused, chaotic and under performing brain can leave you feeling helpless and overwhelmed. Life doesn’t have to be so difficult.
