LENS Neurofeedback Practitioner- Learn and implement LENS Neurofeedback according to the Harmonized Brain Centers methods, develop own client base with assistance of HBC, actively pursue at least 25 hrs of CEU's pertaining to neuroscience. Office Manager Job Description: The Harmonized Brain Center Office Manager is a key position for our practice. This is the person who will ensure good business practices for our organization while the clinician(s) focus on providing therapy sessions to improve brain health and wellness. The Office manager must be fully engaged in the unique environment and clientele of our brain health care setting, as well as interacting with clinician(s) and complying with governmental regulations.

Summary of the Position
The Harmonized Brain Centers Office Manager is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day to day operations in a brain health and wellness environment including clinicians offices.
Job Duties

The Harmonized Brain Center Office manager is responsible for the financial performance of monthly operations.

Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, therapy records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting

Coordination of the day to day operations of the practice
-
Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
-
Develops, implements, and maintains office policies and procedures
-
Maintains and manages all filing and organizational systems for the practice
-
Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.

Ensures regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.

Coordinates staff meetings for administrative and clinical staff

Coordinates logistics for internal and external meetings and conferences
-
Ensures staffing is appropriate for day to day operations
-
Assists in special projects
-
Assists in marketing to new clients and client relationship management with existing clients.
Education Requirements
-
Knowledge of business and accounting processes usually obtained from an Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Health Care Administration.
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a medical office setting.

Two to three years in a supervisory or management position.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge and experience in all aspects of billing.

Knowledge of regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.

Knowledge of HIPAA and labor law

Strong customer service skills
